Wowza wins 2014 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Award in the Media Server category

We at Wowza Media Systems are thrilled to receive the 2014 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Awards for best Media Server with Wowza Streaming Engine. The Media Server finalists included Adobe Media Server 5 and Haivision Calypso.

This year, the awards featured 31 categories, the largest number of categories to date, indicating the growth of the streaming industry. It is very exciting to be a part of such an ever-changing and growing industry. More than 3,600 people voted in this year’s awards and it is a huge honor to be recognized by our customers and peers who use our product everyday. Thank you to everyone who voted!
